I submitted my fall 2008 grades after January 31st. I submitted them earlier yesterday (February 1st) around 6 in the evening. What does this mean? Am I not going to have my application read? What's going to happen? AM I SCREWED???

i don't know, but after that nearly 600 hour window, i think it's funny that you needed 18 more to fulfill this really, really, really simple task. i know that doesn't help.. i do... and i'm sorry for that.

you know those professors who accept late papers, but take one letter grade off for every following class until it's turned in? i feel like that's pretty analogous to your situation.

I had my fall grades up well before the deadline. However, I changed one class in progress on Feb 1 :(
The class is not part of igetc or a prereq. Is this going to be a problem?

why didnt you change your class earlier? You had about 2-3 weeks to do so, why change one class at the last minute? It said on the thing that you can still update it, but its more likely that they wont see the change after jan 31st. You should contact each school that you applied to and tell them about your situation .. i think its through a written letter. Good luck!

Since the official deadline is Feb 16th I doubt anything serious would happen. UC Davis had a preferred deadline of January 31. Your application would still be reviewed if you didn't not meet this preferred deadline but, we might not have a decision ready when the ontime decisions are sent out.

I called UCLA Undergrad Admissions and the UC Admissions phoneline. They both said that as long as I saw a confirmation screen at the end of updating my classes (which I did), then I am fine and there will be no penalty or anything against my application or admission.
