<p>I'm signed up to take my third ACT and second SAT test this October, but I have some completed apps already that I would like to send in and the only thing possibly holding me back is the fact that I could get higher scores to submit on these upcoming tests. I got a 32 on my ACT and 2040 on my SAT, and I believe I can increase both scores, which is why I'm retaking. The app that I want to send is sort of a "rolling early action" deal, and the sooner I submit it, supposedly the better chance I would have of admission.</p>
<p>Should I risk it and wait until my new scores come out to send in my application? Or should I send in my app now and just send in my scores later?</p>
