Submitting Old SAT scores vs New Ones

Since some colleges will accept either the old sats or new ones, how would one go about submitting or indicating a preference for the old sat scores since the college board will send all the scores(both new and old sat scores?)

Colleges will probably look at all of your scores and consider your best ones. There really shouldn't be any need to indicate what score you want considered

You don't indicate anything. Colleges have their own rules that they follow for how they consider multiple SAT test scores and anything you would say would be ignored. As a general rule, they usually consider your highest scores to determine admission.

ok here's my situation:
Im a junior and took old sat in december (1540), i got a 221 on PSAT, but as of now i havent scheduled to take new sat. I'm planning on applying mostly to ivy league and other top schools (the schools im applying to accept both SAT's). If I dont do as well on the new SAT, will they look at the old one then? Also, what do u score do u think is comparable to a 1540 on the new SAT?
Thanks
