<p>I have finished applying to the University of Chicago by Common App. Under "School Forms," Common App indicates with a green arrow that my school report and teacher recommendations have been sent. Likewise, under each item (2 teacher rec's, school report), there is a "Submitted:") date.</p>
<p>However, under "My Colleges," it states "School Forms: Not All Submitted," even though there is a green arrow next to it. I received an email today from UChicago telling me that they have not yet received my school report and teacher recommendations, and that I need to submit them through Common Application.</p>
<p>Please help! Do I need to do something specific to fully submit my school forms, even after my teachers and guidance counselors have submitted them?</p>
<p>Note: I originally submitted my application on 11/01/2008, and all my school forms were submitted on or before 11/01/2008.</p>
