Do I have to first complete the whole Common App to get to the college specific supplement? or Is it flexible that I can work on supplement before completing common app for a given college that works exclusively through CommonApp, like UMICH?</p>
<p>Yes, you can work on supplements and work on the common app separately. Once you select that school to be on your list, then you have access to their supplement. </p>
<p>Once you send in your first common app to a school, you can not change that application but you can still work on the supplements.</p>
<p>I highly suggest, not sending your supplements until you first send that school’s common app unless the school says you must sent them their supplement first. Easier to keep track that way.</p>
