This may seem like a strange question, or maybe I'm just dumb, but it is alright to submit Part 1 and 2 of the application online, then use the paper application I received for the teacher recommendations/secondary school report/etc? Or is there something different if you print those forms out from the internet?

think this one through a little, noday.

Yeah, you can submit Parts I and II online, and then have your teachers and advisors send in the recs and school reports.
Good luck!

Explain to me how you propose to submit your teacher recs online...

What panasonic said is correct. The address is on top of each form, and if you want to send in anything supplemental, then use the same address.

oh wow...totally made an ass out of myself once again

what i was trying to ask was if I had to print out the teacher recs, etc. or if I could use the ones MIT provided me with in the printed application.......after thinking (and comparing), I realized there was no difference.....god how i wish i could just delete a whole topic

it's alright. no one here knows who you are.

I think its best to use the ones you print out online after you register. I dont know if this is true for MIT, but for Stanford, there is an identification number on the recs you print out from their website. This helps them track the recs to ur app more easily.

nah, I believe MIT only uses (1) full name and (2) birthday to track paper applicants.

yep, panasonic's correct......thanks for everyone's help!
