Is anyone else having problems submitting hs transcripts electronically to USF? We've submitted twice, and the school still says they haven't received it (called Admissions and not updated on OASIS). Will probably end up sending by mail. Its kinda frustrating given that all other requirements were submitted 2 months ago.

All other schools have received transcript with no problem.

Yes i have! I would try doing it by mail and see but its pretty frustrating! I sent them sep 1 and they recieved my transcripts sep 7. Then 3 weeks ago in novemeber i wanted to send more transcripts to show my raised gpa and imporovmenta. Jus sent them friday for the 2nd time and they havent goten them!

Call and see whats up! But ya they seem un organized :(

What r ur stats?

Co-Captain of First Robotics Team

Called admissions, but they still dont have the transcript. Will have to send by mail.

Yes! My daughter had to re-submit scores. She is in-state and her HS guidance office showed her that the electronic transcripts were successfully submitted but USF had no record of them. 2nd try worked. Still waiting for a decision. She is captain of her Robotics team, have you seen that USF offers a SMART scholarship?

How long does it usually take to send? I sent mine a few days ago electronically and they haven’t gotten it yet. Also what does “partial high school transcript” mean?

I had the HS Guidance Office call admissions again, and they have the transcript resubmitted from 11/13. It just hasnt been updated in OASIS.

I would give it a week or so to update the status. Then give the admissions office a call to verify. Especially if this is one of your top choices.

@marymom4 I did see info about the SMART scholarship, but I think USFs deadline was last week.

Actually, OASIS is now updated with the date of the original transcript back from September .
You may have to wait until they match up your information, but a little nudge might speed things up.

I actually meant a FIRST scholarship, don’t know if you knew what I was talking about. My daughter hasn’t heard back from USF yet so she hasn’t applied for any scholarships. USF is not her top choice, but minds can be changed…
