Sorry for that alliteration... I couldn't resist. I promise I'm not actually that nerdy.

But, before I digress further, I was curious how poor grades would have to be for an admissions offer to be rescinded. Would a C or two make any hope of going to South Bend next year futile? Or will the school understand. To put it lightly, I'm under a heavy, heavy load.

Furthermore, is there a way to directly contact the regional director of admissions via phone or email (preferably phone)? I've searched the website and cannot find anything, so my next bet is to email the ND Admissions office directly for an answer. Anyway, thanks for the help!

Unless your course load is all APs (Including Physics, Calc BC, Chem, etc.), then one or two C’s might end your chance if you are a senior. My good friend took all of the AP science classes but bio in his senior year and got one or two Bs and was rejected. If you do get a C, then you need to either have exceptional test scores or extracurriculars.

If you are already accepted as a senior, you’ll probably be okay unless you are waitlisted.

Just to clarify:
Yes, I have been admitted to the class of 2017 at Notre Dame, so I’m not worried about my chances…

I’m just a little (a lot) nervous that my acceptance may possibly get rescinded with a C on my transcript…

You all think I’m okay??

My guess would be that you are fine, especially if you have a good reason why. It’s not a big concern
