<p>Nope, the 2 LORs weren’t required, they’re optional. It doesn’t hurt to send in two LORs though.</p>
<p>3 in my opinion is overdoing it, and 1 is too short.</p>
<p>One of my letters was from my manager, where I have been working for the past 6 months.
The second one is from my college Physics professor.</p>
<p>I’m not sure how much ECs weigh, but I didn’t have many either.
I was in SWE (Society of Women Engineers, yes guys can join lol)
Member of IEEE, local kids soccer coach, and tutor in the summer for my local Elementary school.</p>
