<p>You need to set aside time to do NOTHING... </p>
<p>I have felt like you. I think everyone has once felt like you.</p>
<p>Personally, my nothing time is best spent watching movies or hanging out with friends. Little roads trips are a great distraction, too. But this could also be working out(a great stress reliever), taking a walk outdoors, reading a(non academic) book, etc. I'm taking a religious exploration course over the summer not because I'm not comfortable in my faith but because I want to know about others... plus it'll be fun! </p>
<p>You seem VERY focused... which is good, but can be VERY limiting. Try to do some new things. If there's something you do each day, find something different to do.</p>
