You’re a junior?
Girl Scout Gold is good. You need more leadership or some high level of responsibility- in and out of school. You need to frankly assess how much of the volunteering was meaningful- versus how much was filing, running errands, etc. We can’t tell here.

Volunteering was in hospitals, doctors offices and feed the children. The one in the doctors office were like ‘taking the temperature, conducting vision tests etc…’
The ones I volunteered at the hospital was to help the nurses wheel the patients, stack supplies, move stuff around etc… I volunteered at ‘Feed the children’ to pack supplies to be sent to underpriveleged children.
Besides these I also am part of the Science League and Math Club in school

JHU and it’s peer schools look like good bets. If you can bring up CR, the very top colleges will be in range.

You’ll want to phrase ECs to show the value/resp. Adcoms know a lot of the hosp vol work kids do is non-professional. But, something about assisting nurses, interfacing with patients and families, responding to inquiries- you find the right words- this can sound better than clerical or storeroom support. It’s not about making up things- just determining what held the most weight and ensuring it is there. Likewise, actually working wth patients in the doc office- great, show your responsibility. If a parent is a doctor, this will be obvious, from the app. So, make sure you make the most of this opportunity.

If, in taking a hard look, you realize you don’t actually have any active responsibilities, then now is the time to make them. Many will post that ECs are baloney. But, what they show adcoms is your get-up-and-go, your willingness to take on involvements and challenges beyond school. Just doing them is good; doing them with some independence, leadership, responsibility is much stronger.
