I don't think any colleges except HYPS,etc offer financial aid to international students. However, there are very very few merit based scholarships at schools like berkeley, ucla, cornell, etc for exeptional int'l students.

Try LACs..

Lots of colleges give out financial aid such as Johns Hopkins, and stuff - it's just that they are not need blind.. but HYP are.
To get a merit based scholoarship, you need to be like the top intel of their applicant pool.
LACs are often more generous with financial aid. Try Williams - are they need blind? i think they are. sorry i forget.
But in your case, i would try LACs.

ya...Williams is need blind...

I don't think LACs offer any money to international students unless you are top of the tops.

can u please tell me the fullform of LACs & HYPS

LAC = liberal arts college

HYPS = Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Stanford.

Thanks all of u for ur suggestions

look at Smith & Mount Holyoke

well, Smith & MHC are womans college..

doesn't matter. u can always change ur sex.

A few suggestions: Lawrence U (www.lawrence.edu), Grinnell (www.grinnell.edu), and the College of Wooster (www.wooster.edu)

I will not mind it if the colleges are not in top 25 but the bottom line is they should give me 80-85% scholorship atleast .
Thank u all for ur suggestion . carolyn grinell sounds as a good back up thank u

Cooper Union--its free for anyone who gets in :-p

AND the living costs in NYC is more than the tuition alone.

full scholarship is hard to find, but there are numerous full tuition awards.
you could retake the SAT and SAT IIs would greatly improve your chances.

But if you think you are ok,
check out Howard, they have full scholly,
IIT has full tuition, so does WAsh U in St L and Univ of South Cally.

i do not know your intended major, but AAMu is a good option, so also is Maryland U , CP. YOu need very strong recommendations and tight essays to clinch your full scholly.

i am sure you've applied cos most scholly deadlines have passed.
