Suggest some colls

Hey, all..

I am an international student from Nepal. The colleges I have applied so far include two Ivies (a shot in the dark), Colby, Reed, Oberlin, CT, Colorado and similar schools (quite stiff competition), Whitman, Wheaton, U. of Richmond (ideal matches. but honestly, there are no matches for intl stds like me who ask for substantial financial aid)...plz suggest me some colleges with Feb 1 deadline, or beyond...

One of the chief factor is financial aid. I need substantial financial aid. So, I fear that I mayn't be accepted to any colleges mentioned above. Plz also suggests colleges that offer full tuition scholarships (even merit based) to students who have similar stats to mine.

My stats :
TOEFL - 650/677 and TWE - 6.0/6.0
SAT Reasoning: (given two. )
CR: 500, 620
M: 680, 670
W: 630, 610

SAT subject tests:
Math level 2C: 650
Chemistry: 690
Physics: 680

GPA: 3.75/4.0 (unweighted) top 2% of the graduating class (my college doesn't rank)

I have three recommendations: 2 by teachers and one by guidance counselor. These recos should be very good.

You'd never be able to make a February 1st deadline. However, there are some February 15 and March deadline schools.

Anyway, if you're looking for safeties, try Drew University, TCU, Juniata, Ohio Wesleyan, or Allegheny.

With these scores...OWU is hardly a safety. He is barely above the US student average for OWU. Since OWU is quite generous to international students, the scores actually tend to be much much higher than for US students (probably like everywhere else though I am sure uneven aid in the two pools results in uneven distribution of applicants.) I'd say if you are an international Ohio Wesleyan is definitely not a safety for you, not even a match (which it would be if you were a US student.) Since, there might be other strong parts of your application that you are not sharing with us and you are from a country that doesn't send a lot of students to Ohio Wesleyan, it might not hurt applying.

Look at the College of Wooster, in Ohio.

thanks guys....more suggestions???

Look at Lake Forest (Illinois).
