Just looking at my scores and GPA. What would be my safety schools?

SAT : 660 CR, 750 M, 670 W

GPA : 3.7 W GPA :(

The colleges I have applied to :
Fordham (Early action)
Villanova (EA)
SUNY binghamton(EA)
Northeastern (EA)

Colleges I am looking at for Regular Decision :
UConn
American U.
Syracuse
TCNJ
Boston University
Brandeis University

I live in NJ and hope to go somewhere in the Northeast. I will be majoring in Computer Science and money is not a problem. Can you suggest me some safety schools?

assuming you have decent ECs, essays, and recs, I’d say you have a decent chance of getting into UConn and BU (matchish). Have you thought about SUNY Stonybrook(safety), UMass-Amherst(match), or Northeastern(match/reach)?

I would think UMass-Amherst is a low match or safety for your stats.
It has a stronger CS department than pretty much all the schools mentioned so far. It’s also significantly cheaper than all the private schools mentioned so far (at full sticker prices and even at out-of-state rates.) Another advantage is its membership in a college consortium with 4 excellent local colleges.

Thanks guys! I really appreciate the suggestions. I might apply to UMass-Amherst. And my brother goes to Stony Brook so I’m avoiding it haha. As for Northeastern, i already applied.

Anymore suggestions? They don’t have to be safety schools. I am trying to research as many schools i can at the moment. Maybe a reach? I also won’t be applying for financial aid.
