Suggested AP Macro Economics Book????

I'm taking AP Macro Economics at school, and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on which book (Princeton Review, REA, Barrons, etc.) to use?

I liked Barron's, but if you want a quicker (and less indepth) review, go for PR.

Ok, I have plenty of time . . . so Barron's would be more comprehensive?

All Barron's AP books are waaaaaaaaay too hard. The AP test ask for BASIC info....dont' waste you're time with Barrons endless (pointless) technicalities....

You can try the NCEE's Macroeconomics workbook, and refer to online resources if you need help.

I think our teacher is already giving us workbook pages. Is there a different book I should get instead of Barrons?

What's NCEE's workbook?

I think Barron's is a lot more comprehensive. I learned macro in class, but I had to self-study micro and Barron's got me the five.
I attempted to learn micro off of PR but, without much micro background, I didn't feel confident about the material. Enter Barron's, and I did fine.

I also used Kaplan - I bought it only a week before the test though, and it wasn't bad. I definitely wouldn't have minded using it if I took both a micro and a macro course, but it wouldn't have been able to totally teach me the micro portion. Basically, Kaplan is fine for review, probably a little more indepth (but also a bit more complex/confusing) than PR, but not as thorough as Barron's.

Go with the Prinecton Review, Barrons is a joke
