Suggestion For When You Visit Yale, Like At Bdd

Every year students and parents ask about the dorms, what they look like, how big they are, etc. I have e-mailed pics of my sons dorm he had in Freshman year to many, but here's a suggestion.

First, they are constructing a link to give you more insight to some of the dorms but I don't think it's finished. I'll try to find out more if it's not already up.

If you go to visit Yale, whether it be BBD or otherwise, if you are able to stay with a host, or visit one of the dorm rooms, ask if you can take pictures. Jot down all the pertinent information, suite, dorm name, etc, and then post it all on one thread for everyone to see.

My son was in Bingham freshman year and had a great room in the suite, bigger than most and lucky for us, he was on the first floor!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, in fact, they have an awesome site for admitted students. There are tons of pictures of the dorms on there.

Yale admitted students, there are pictures of suites online under the "Sweet Suites" link of the admitted students website: http://admits.yale.edu

If you don't know your PIN, you can email your name and birthdate to Bulldog@yale.edu or just click on "I forgot my Eli account ID/password" when you try to sign in.

You won't find just pictures of suites, but lots of other cool things, too... including their future classmates.
