How do you use your time for winter break? Should you study AP tests or SAT II tests? Should you just read books? Should you just relax and have fun?

Well I'm gonna be studying for my SAT II History but at the same time relaxing and hanging out with friends. Create a modest goal for yourself and try to keep. Simple and efficent

Relax. It's called Winter Break, not Winter Slavery. (The latter would just be everyday school.) Do the minimum that you have to, ie mandatory over-break homework if applicable.

Frankie says RELAX

Yeah, don't pressure yourself to do extra work. Take it easy during your break. You guys should be thankful to have a whole week off. I only get one day.

Are you guys talking about Spring break? Our winter break was in Decemer...

Relax. Sit around and post on CC. Do a little studying, but don't devote the entire time to it.

kissmyasymptote..it's called midwinter break. I guess your school doesnt have it...but its awesome

haha, I understand now. I thought you guys were already planning for NEXT winter break! I had midwinter break last year but not this year. The breaks this year mostly correspond with the quarters so I had 4 weeks off for Winter break and then 2 weeks for spring break in March! I'm excited :)

OP, don't study...just relax!

you have so much more time when you're on break.
without school you could study play and actually eat and still have plent of time to sleep.

29 days until spring break...

Relax, go out with friends, and catch up on sleep.

muahahaha I only have one day of school left until February Vacation/Winter Break. I can't wait!

You guys suck. We only get one week in december and one week in April. We have a four day weekend for President's Day though. I have to read an entire book and write discussion notes for it though. English class ruins the weekend.

[Anyone like my WINTER BREAK?! LOL!. This is how I'm spending it.]

Wow, are you serious? Relax buddy! That looks a little intense, but I guess if you like prepping for tests...

Wow. So studious.

Here's my schedule:
Saturday, Sunday, Monday: Homework
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: School
Friday: Field Trip, thank goodness
Saturday, Sunday, Monday: Homework

At least there's two three-day weekends in a row to ease the suffering.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I was looking toward vacation but I am working 45 hours this week. That is like 3 hours under the child labor limit. AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH I wish I had time to relax but I am working 8 hour shifts practically all week. :(

If you don't have any upcoming tests, then relax and just get your homework done.

That's what I'm doing. I got back my January SAT scores, and they were good, so I'm not retaking them. The AP tests aren't until May, and the SAT IIs I'm taking aren't 'til June. So I'm just recharing my battery, so to speak, this week.
