<p>My goal for this summer is to compile a list of schools to apply to in the fall. I'm definite about which safety and match schools I'll be applying to, but unsure about reaches. Although I'm pretty certain about which college I want to attend, I also want to apply to a reach that I'm genuinely interested in, just to see if I'd be admitted. My stats are below; hopefully, you'll be able to provide me with some assistance.</p>
<p>[Just a note: Don't be too harsh... I'm far from being an overachiever, and I've never dreamed of attending an Ivy League School. My stats are probably considered less than impressive, but I know that my success in the future doesn't depend solely on numbers and so-called achievements. I'd just really like some helpful responses.]</p>

GPA: 3.8/4.0 unweighted (93%)
Rank: Top 10%; probably somewhere in the 40's or 50's out of 600-something students
SAT: 2180 (CR-750/M-680/W-750); no SAT IIs yet, I'll be taking them in October
ACT (without writing): Composite - 32, Writing - 33, Math - 32, Reading - 33, Science - 29
Classes: All enriched or AP; I took the exams for APUSH and English Language and received a 4 on each test. I will be taking AP Bio, AP Stats, AP Lit, AP Spanish, Newspaper, and Chorale next year.
Extracurriculars: Choir (9), Chorale (10,11), Model UN/Congress (9,10,11-Librarian), Interact (9,10,11), National Honor Society (11), National Spanish Honor Society (11); I will be involved in all five activities again next year.
Community Service: My number of hours as of now is pitiful (30+), but by the time I apply to schools, it will probably be 100+ hours.</p>
<p>Onto the college stuff...
Intended Major(s): Nursing is my absolute first choice; second is either Business Management or Journalism

Reaches I'm interested in and considering: Case Western, Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, UMichigan, USC, BC, NYU</p>
