So, those are my stats... I've already been chanced and told I'm not so bad, but I want to know what I can do to get better. What should I focus on, or what should I start doing now?

ecs, just focus on them more

you should always focus on your ECs unless it takes away from your academics.

What you should focus on most would be one activity that puts the others in perspective, and gives your story a common thread. Admissions committees don't want to read another laundry list of ECs that sound like they've been done for their benefit and not for themselves. Try to come up with something original and ambitious that will stand out and that you can talk about in your essays.
