I finished my first year at Ohio State, with a 3.97 majoring in Chemical Engineering. I got a co-op offer for the fall with a well known oil company but I really want to get into financial analysis, and I plan on applying to several companies when I come back in the Winter.

Is it unreasonable to apply to places like JPMorgan or Goldman Sachs, or am I better sticking to more technical jobs until grad school and major in something more that can lead me to those positions?
