-SAT Score: 2350 one sitting (800 Writing, 780 Math, 770 Critical Reading)
-SAT Subject Test: 780 (U.S. History), 790 (Literature)
-ACT Score: 35 Composite one sitting (35 Math, 35 Science, 34 Reading, 31 English)
-AP Classes/Score: Calculus AB (5), English Language (5), U.S. History (5), Environmental Science (4), Human Geography (4)
-Was in a science and math magnet program prior to moving before 11th grade

EC/Leadership:
-Youth Group: President (2014-2016)
-Tutoring: Created a volunteer tutoring service within HOSA between elementary school and high school students
-Science Fair: 1st place for written presentation in ‘Zoology’
-Orchestra: Regional Orchestra 4th Chair (10th grade); Section Leader and 1st Chair in School Honors Orchestra (10th grade)

I know that my main weaknesses are in my EC/Leadership… I was wondering if I could have suggestions for more safeties? These are the schools I’ve applied to/are planning to apply to! I’m definitely going to cut out at least three schools from the list below but I haven’t decided which yet…

-Applied: Case Western Reserve University, UNC Chapel Hill (in state for me woot woot), & Columbia ED (decision comes out thursday lol)
-Planning/considering applying: Brown, Cornell, Dartmouth, Duke, NYU, Harvard, Princeton, Rice, UPenn, Yale, Stanford

In state for Chapel Hill is pretty much a safety with your stats.

I would apply to all the Ivy’s with those stats! Very nice. Good safety schools for you might be NYU & BU. Both great schools that you should have no trouble getting into.

Good luck with it! Our valedictorian a couple years ago applied to Columbia and they turned him down but Penn took him. He didn’t do ED.

Great stats! I’d say Cornell, Duke, and Rice are pretty likely. Rice is like a safety. Maybe look at Carnegie Mellon?

@mvalen Thank you so much for the suggestions! :DDD I was actually accepted to Columbia University (still in shock) so I won’t have to apply to anymore schools!! SO excited
