suggestions for match schools?

I just need some suggestions for good match schools please and maybe some reach schools that aren't super unattainable (if that makes sense). :)
I want to major in political science and/or international affairs. I want to go to school on the east cost (NY, PA, MA, NH, or ME preferably) or the Washington D.C. area. I don't really care if it's suburban or urban.

GPA: freshman and sophomore year- UW 3.8 W 4.1
junior year- UW 4.0 W 4.5
SAT: 1940
cr- 720
w- 630 (will improve in october, hopefull at least high 600's or low 700's)
m- 590 (will also improve, but I doubt higher than a 650)
ACT composite: 28 (also retaking, hopefully a 30+)
No SAT II's yet, but I'm taking U.S. history, Lit, and World History.

Rank: 30/280 (It's not that good because my school doesn't weight classes until our junior year... so basically be have kids in the top 5% of our class who are taking applied classes.)

Extra Curriculars:
President and founder of the Young Democrats Club
long time member of the Diversity Club (I will probably have a leadership position next year)
newspaper contributor
literary magazine staff (I also submit my work.)
varsity tennis team
volunteer all the time at church
volunteer at the library twice a week (10 hrs. a week approx)
College Misericordia Diversity Camp
I'm also heavily involved in the Obama campaign.
I organized a voter registration drive at my school.

Awards and Achievments:
2nd place in a poetry slam (sophomore year)
honorable mention in a poetry slam (junior year)
ambassador for change (it went along with the diversity camp thing)
member of the national honor society
AP scholar
High Honor roll (every quarter freshman and sophomore year)
Principal's Honor roll (every quarter junior year)
I can't think of anything else at the moment... but my EC's are going to be pretty strong once I compile an organized list and figure out what's the most important.

Summer Activities:
volunteering at the library
I also took 2 college courses at wilkes univeristy:
Pschology (I got a 4.0)
Governments of the World (4.0 as well)

notable courses that I will complete by the end of my senior year:
Advanced Algebra II
Advanced Geometry
AP European History
AP Spanish
Physics
Economics
Precalculus (at wilkes university)
Calculus I (wilkes university)
Composition (wilkes)
American Lit (wilkes)

AP grades:
euro- 3
us- 3
gov't and politics- 4
Not so great, but two I self studied for.

recs and essay will be very good.

Barnard, Bates, Bryn Mawr, Bowdoin, Colby, Connecticut College, Haverford, Middlebury, Mount Holyoke, Sarah Lawrence, Skidmore, Smith, Trinity (CT), Vassar, Wellesley, Wesleyan

Thanks for those recomendation. I've looked at a lot of those schools, but I'll have to check out the ones I haven't. Some are definately reaches unless I get my scores up. Anymore suggestions?

American seems like a match.

Smith College is definitely worth considering. Smith has an open curriculum, and is known for academic excellence and small classes. Smith is part of the 5-college consortium (with Amherst, Hampshire, Mt. Holyoke and Univ Mass). You can take classes at any.

Also, Smith no longer requires SAT and ACT scores.

I'm bumping this for some more suggestions :D

integrity09- I've looked at Smith before, but I didn't know that they don't require standardized test scores. I've heard of the consortium thought when I visited Mt. Holyoke.
