My son went to Fordham, a Jesuit school and absolutely loved the experience. (He is at ND for grad school) You can look at the Jesuit schools on the map on this link and see which are geographically attractive and then check to see if the academics and swim team are a good match for your D. In terms of Catholic colleges, I’d also second Villanova and Providence as good options as well. Good luck.

Just to broaden the responses geographically – you had asked originally about University of San Diego. Have gone there for professional academic conferences. Very impressive place. Personable, caring, highly qualified faculty, excellent campus ministry office with outreach to the local community, friendly and gorgeous campus. It is definitely worth exploring.

Check out Rice in Houston. Very similar to ND, but half the size. San Diego is a nice campus also.
