Suggestions for some "match" schools?

Hey there! I'm having trouble finding some good match schools for myself. I do have some in mind but I have no clue whether they are worth it. So let me know what you think!

Some matches I'm considering:
NYU Poly, Boston University, Tufts, Johns Hopkins, Northeastern

If you have any insight about any of these colleges and their Engineering program, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks so much guys!

Don’t forget about Olin!

UCB is a reach. What can your family afford?

RPI in Troy, NY near Albany. Could be a match.

Your SATs are low for Berkeley eng’g.

@RML - Yeah, UCB is certainly a reach for engineering, expecially for an out of state student right?

@rjkofnovi - Cool name! lol Isn’t Olin super competitive? I would need a near perfect SAT score to get accepted there. haha

Also, the cost is not a factor me and my family.

Someone posted last year’s average SAT scores for Berkeley engineering and it showed the big discrepancy between that college and the rest of the colleges within Berkeley. If I remember it correctly, the average was as high as of Mudd’s, Cornell’s and Stanford’s, suggesting that Berkeley engineering admissions are tough for in-state applicants.

I think you should consider Michigan and Georgia Tech very strongly. Both schools are great for engineering and you have the stats to crack either admissions.
