Suggestions for undergrad

I am looking at some schools but I want to hear some of yalls suggestions. Dont worry about my grades or none of that just tell me which school fits my criteria

A good size campus with a lot to do.
In the SOUTH
A good social atmoshpere(school where there are a lot of girls people go to the football games etc.)
A preety tough school (a Work hard play hard)
A school that is minority friendly and good ratio of girl to guys.
A good co-op or internship program

I dont think I would like a geeky school like MIT but more of a Stanford too bad I dont want to go to school all the way out West.

I was thinking
Texas A&M
Rice
Ga Tech,
Duke,
Vandy,
WashU.
Do yall think these fit my criteria any other suggestions.

Duke, Vandy, UVA, UNC, Wake Forest, Washington and Lee, Davidson, Miami, and University of Georgia.

Do you mean Georgia tech. As far as I know, UGA does not offer engineering.

Nore does Wake forest

From your list, marchballer, the schools that most fit your criteria are Texas A&M, Rice, and Duke. None of these are over 53% guys, all are good at engineering, have popular teams, and have a relatively high percentage of minorities.

LOL. Just don't go to Rice based upon student, or for that matter, general attendance at sporting events, for anything other than baseball... wan smile...

If you need a safety school that seems to fit your criteria, take a look at Clemson. It was one of my son's safeties. They offered him a waiver of OOS tuition differential + small scholarship... gave us incentive to go for a visit and once we took the tour, he knew he was home!

Clearly, Uva!!!!!:)

hmm, vandy fits almost every one of that critera. Now, it is a pretty tough school; however, the engineering isn't as strong as say washU, ga tech, or duke. ALso, there is almost no co-op program at vandy. The ratios are in your favor, I would say.
