Suggestions on Colleges?

Hi. I'm an Indian Student currently in 12th grade. I'm looking for an undergrad course in Computer Science. I have taken the SATs and scored a 1930. I also took the SAT Subjects and got 700+ on all. I plan to take the SAT again in October. I'm looking for a college that can offer good aid or scholarships because its tough to afford college education in the US (I've done the math and there is no way i can pay for the whole thing) I've been actively involved in our School's Student Council (a big deal) and done loads of extracurriculars (debates, MUNs, computer competitions). I also have good recommendation letters and I have done 100+ hours of community service. Aside from that, I'm also passionate about the field of computers and have done a lot on my own steam to show for it. Based on ALL of this, which colleges should I look for when I apply?

Not to forget : In 10th, scored a 10 CGPA. In 11th percentage dropped to 78%. 12th is still underway

There is no financial aid for international students at the majority of colleges and universities. The top colleges do have limited funds but your SAT score is not competitive for those limited scholarships.

I had a case like this last year. Is there any way you can improve your SAT score?

The colleges I’ll suggest based on your academic profile are Williams, Skidmore, Amherst and Trinity. They are comparatively easier colleges to get into compared to the Ivies and the likes of Univ. of Chicago. I know it is tough for internationals. All the very best to you!

Williams and Amherst are in no way “comparatively easier” to get into…especially for internationals.

Williams and Amherst - 7% & 9 % respectively. Harvard and Yale - 2% & 4%. While both are equally tough, I’d say they are comparatively easier because in admissions today when we are calculating the acceptance rate to the second decimal … you get what I’m trying to say.
