Suggestions Please

I am looking for a college with very specific attributes. Please send me your suggestions or ideas. Many may find my qualifications unimportant, but I have an idea of what I want out of college, and what type of school can provide that experience.
1. 4 year liberal arts private university
2. Division I athletics (including football!)
3. Active sorority and fraternity system
4. Phi Beta Kappa chapter
5. Recent (since Y2K athletic succcess)
6. Less than 8,000 undergrads
7. Located in a southern metro area
8. Storied program/Glory Days w/ at least 1 National Championship in a major sport
9. Thriving on-campus housing/programming
10. Strong business school reputation w/ emphasis on entepreneurship and investments.

The closest I can find meeting your criteria is Davidson College, although they do not offer a business major (most LACs don't), but an economics major. Tulane could be another possibility.

thats a tough list to match.
closest one i can think of is duke.
notre dame if you'll leave the south
Miami is slightly bigger (10,000 UG) but meets the other criteria

I received an e-mail response from someone in Texas who told me all the criteria were met by Texas Christian University. Duke and Tulane are definitely worth checking out! Thanks!

Duke is the closet fit. Davidson is 1aa in football.

Duke would be a good fit, not sure if you are looking for something thats not high ranked or something

and from what I hear...the football team shouldn't be D1 lol

The only problem I have with Duke is that it is not in a well recognized metropolitan area. I'm sure R-D is a nice area, but I am looking to establish myself in the area of the U I choose, and not sure if R-D is a good choice. I'm looking more toward ATL, DFW, PHX, HOU, SAT, CHA, TPA (NOT S. FL).

maybe
Wake Forest
Virginia Tech (larger than 8000)
Southern Methodist

if you leave the South, Miami University (Ohio)
has a large greek system, and great sports

It would definitely be Davidson. That's a great school!

Tulane might work
