Suggestions??

Hi everyone, I'm currently a freshman and I'm taking two AP classes online next year since my school doesn't offer any APs. I am taking AP Biology and AP US History, both online. It's my first time taking APs so what do you guys suggest I should do prior taking the classes?

These are books my library and some people I know have:
FOR AP BIO: Campbell 8th edition, CliffsNotes, for Dummies, Cracking the Exam, Barron's, McGraw Hill Biology 12
FOR APUSH: American Pageant: History of the Republic (AP Edition), CliffsNotes, 5 Steps to a 5, for Dummies, Master AP US History, A People's History of the United States.
There's more but these are what I think would be the most helpful? I plan to read some of these books during the summer in order to prepare for the classes.

What else should I read? watch? Do you guys know any website that teaches these classes for free like NROC? Any tips? suggestions? Anything would be great! (:
Thank you!

Hah, for APUSH last year I had the American Pageant book too!!! I thought it was pretty good. I also had the People’s History book too!!!-very interesting change to the primary textbook. Also had Kaplan APUSH prep book and Kaplan prep flashcards, both of which I liked.

For APUSH we used Pageant… then get AMSCO, it’s really good. You don’t need People’s History to help prepare you for the test.

We used Pageant for APUSH, too.
Get Crash Course and AMSCO, or Crash Course and Direct Hits.

For bio, just get Campbells and Cliffs.

Thanks, I’ll try to get those book! (:
