Price is not a variable. I should be able to afford anything. Would prefer to have a good political science program as I would like to go into law in the future. Last thing I live in CA

can you rule out any areas of the country?

open to anything

I suggest then you use the SuperMatch function marked in the column on the left of this page. There are too many schools and we’d like you to narrow them down a bit, OP.

You would only qualify for UCs in Merced, Riverside, and possibly Santa Cruz. You probably qualify for some CSUs, but - since money isn’t a major concern - you can cast a fairly wide net. Do you want large or small? I think you could get into Arizona State, if you want large. If you want something smaller, and to remain in CA, you can probably get into Whittier. Evergreen State is a safety for you. You can get into thousands of colleges, if you are able to pay. Want to give us some additional clues? Climate? Size? Outside interests (e.g. skiing, hiking, surfing, music, etc.)?

I prefer a large school. I want to have fun but I also want a good education that could get me into a graduate program.
I am into a lot of stuff and am from San Diego so I want to experience some cooler climates with snow probably. Really I would like to focus on planning ahead so having a school that will allow me to get into a good grad school is a priority.

any accredited 4yr college will prepare you for grad school. grad schools care about what you do and not where you do it.

You’re still too vague for anyone to really make suggestions. Urban, rural, or suburban? Competitive or cooperative in nature? Structured, required courses or more suggested required courses? Greek life? Continue with wrestling in college? As a club or competitive?

I suggest you stop obsessing on getting into graduate school and put some more thoughts into the more immediate undergraduate school. Reread what jkeill911 wrote above.

The public universities of VT, NH, ME, MT, WY, and ID are places to start. SUNY Plattsburgh, Humboldt State, UC Merced, are more public options. Maybe LeMoyne, Champlain, Franklin Pierce, Westminster (UT), or even Puget Sound U. for smaller colleges. University of Denver, Colorado University, and Colorado State are all possible, and don’t rule out UNM, either. That good enough for now?

It’s the University of Colorado, @woogzmama, and it has campuses in Colorado Springs, Denver, and Boulder, and it has a medical campus at the eastern edge of Denver in Aurora.

Sorry, jkeil911. I try to be accurate, but sometimes post without checking nomenclature. Any of those would be valid options for the OP, moreover.
