<p>None that I know of, though there was someone a few years ago who died of cancer.</p>
<p>I did a report on this in my psycology class, there are actually alot more in HS than in college, but just do a Google search.</p>
<p>proton--don't know why you are asking but if this topic troubles you personally, please go and talk to someone at your college's counseling services or if you are at school still --see a guidance counselor.</p>
<p>I think depression (although at a very low rate) seems to be more imminent in college than suicide.</p>
<p>i go to a huge state university and there have been hardly any student deaths in the past few years (i work in a place where we can see these archives). i think one suicide a couple years ago. its staggering how low it is.</p>
