Astronomy 10L

History 4A

21 units, 4.0

Community college is easy.

I’m taking less units (18, to be exact) and I’m doing fine in everything except microecon honors. I hate that class so much x(

lol im not worried about taking a lot of units anymore because of all of you guys lol, but now my question is how difficult is it to push your counselors.

thanks feefee43.

but i decided to really push it to the limit…i want to take 24 units, so im worried theyll be skeptical to let me add 2 classes instead of just 1.

i totalllly screwed up this semester :frowning: and got all A’s and a C. which of course totally brang down my gpa, so i need to really use fall to hopefully put me back where i was.

how bad do you think the budget cuts will affect transfer admits?hmm

I feel like I’ve posted this a million times before, but I had a friend take 27 units this last semester, and no counselor stopped her. I think she also took 24 fall semester, and I knew at least two others who took 24 for a semester. Again, it shouldn’t be a problem, and if it is, just go to another counselor. Even though CC isn’t “hard,” there’s still a lot of busywork involved, especially during finals. I took 21 this semester and couldn’t wait for it to be over.

my schedule last fall sounds a little similar to what you’re about to do.
i took 24 units between 2 different colleges: 2 speech classes, an astronomy class, statistics, 2 art appreciation/history classes, a regular history class, and a photo class. I also put together my portfolio for UCLA (art) during this time, and it was hectic, and I got a 4.0 all without wanting to hang myself. you can totally do it, good luck!
