Has anyone heard back on the Sullivan Award? My son sat through the full six hour session, but was disappointed when he found out it had been “narrowed down” to over 500 students for only six spots. I’ll admit, it soured him a bit on the school to end up committing an entire Saturday for something that appears to have been a long shot. I think it would have been better had they just invited the top 50-75 kids and then determine finalists. Did anyone else’s kids’ have the same reaction?
