<p>I want to apply for the Sullivan Scholarship, but I applied Early Decision to another institution, and I know the deadline to apply for the scholarship is November 15th. Do I HAVE to apply Early Action to apply for the Sullivan Scholarship? Seattle U is one of my top choices!!!
