Summer 2010

Who at CC will be taking summer classes? I know recent budget cuts have affected many CCC's including mine, which cut the first summer session entirely. Because of this, I will be forced to take on quite a load for the 2nd session which is 6 weeks; Precalculus and Intro Biology which are 4 units apiece. What do u guys think? too much? No job btw..

Feel free to post what you plan on taking.

At my CC I’m planning to take a second semester Chemistry class + the lab, and a humanities GE to meet Revelle’s requirements at UCSD. I am also thinking to take BILD 3 at UCSD during the first summer session and then Math 20E during the second summer session. It sounds like a lot, but I don’t work and my family will be overseas for most of the summer, so I am hoping to pull it off.

I will be if I can! I’m planning on taking a psychology class.

I was thinking about taking Diff. Eq. or Linear Algebra, but they’re not required for my major.

I’m gonna be taking Introduction to Politics

Econ 2, online. and maybe Conversational Fran

My CCC cancel summer session all together.

Meee. I’m finishing up IGETC. Taking two econ classes, one anth, and one psych.

seriously man. Fu*k budget cuts.

LOL @ the people ****ed about budget cuts. Seriously this sucks. Ruined my summer. Now I have to count on another CC close by for first session if I can even get a class. No Priority Reg.

Last year I took intro to computer systems, mechanical physics, and single variable calculus (2nd semester)… this time I’m taking yoga and only yoga =)

My CCs are not effected by budget cuts. I plan on taking 3 courses (15 qtr units) while working full time. Should be a fun summer.

I don’t need to take any classes this summer, but I’m kind of tempted to just to rack up some more units before I start in the fall. I’m transferring with 60.5 units!

I am taking 4 classes but 2 are online. thank you for online classes!

I’m also taking 8 units per 6 week session, but at UCB.
