Hi!
I'm a freshman (rising sophmore) and I'm interested in applying to the summer@brown program. i have a few questions:

my grades aren't that great:

1st MP 2nd MP 3rd
English honors: B+ B B+
Geometry honors: B B+ B+
Bio honors: C+ B B+
US history honors: B+ B+ B+ (89)
- will my c+ in bio pull my chances down? also 3rd marking period isnt over so my grades with probably go up to an A-. my english grades arent that great because my teacher isnt an easy grader. she's never given a 100 out on an essay since she started teaching.

i want to take a creative writing course. which course is better? (im a really creative writer according to my teachers)

creative writing workshop fiction, writing speculative fiction, experimental writing, literature of the fantastic or Love, Horror, Monsters, Beauties: Writing about Literature by Reading Below the Surface
(im planning on talking one or two courses)

how many weeks would be sufficient or worthwhile? im planning on staying for 2 but id like to stay even longer. it depends on if my parents can afford it or not,

what is the most important in the application process?

how was the experience? what did you do in your free time? was it extremely hard?

how hard or difficult is it to get in considering my grades?

PLEASE ANSWER ASAP. thanks :)
