i got an invitation for the summer bridge program today in the mail. its this 5 week thing where you get to live in a dorm and take some classes that will help you transition into college life. it's free for poor/low income families or people who are the first in their family to go to college. anyone eles get this sort of letter??? is it worth giving up my summer??!!?? seems interesting though =P

If it's free, maybe you should do it. If not, you can tie up everything in your hometown and prepare yourself as a student and a human for college. I personally believe this summer is very important to have free and tie up all loose ends in your home life (maybe some new study habits too).

Summer Bridge program is pretty cool, it all depends what your really into. I personally didnt enjoy making bridges all summer.

i got an invitation! i sent in my app to them. depending on whether they actually give me credit for a math class will be the deciding factor if i actually attend. i need a 3rd year math for mathematics requirement that i was planning to take in a cc.
