Hi,
I am a third year Revelle college student of Bioengineering. I want to take a few GE classes over the summer. Can someone please suggest an easy GE class?
I need some class to fill up my schedule!
Thanks:)

HISC105-History of Environmentalism w/ Prof. Hineline. Really easy and you actually learn a lot at the same time. Plus the professor is a little nuts, but he’s really cool and interesting. Show up, pay attention, and do what little work is required and it’s an automatic A.

You just described every Psychology course I’ve taken haha

Hi rcook08,
I am not sure if that fulfills my general requirement for Revelle.
But thanks for replying!

seniorsf: I don’t have an answer to your question, but I do have a question for you. My daughter will enter as a freshman this fall as a bioengineering student. Should she take a summer class at UCSD this summer before she enters in the fall (we live in San Diego)? It’s expensive, I know, but would it be worth it? What class would you recommend? She’s a little nervous as she knows how hard her major will be. Have you enjoyed UCSD? (She will also be in Marshall.)

Thank you very much!

SanDMom2011: before first year it is better to take CC classes to collect as much credits as possible. Don’t overlap your CC credits with AP credits.
After first year at UCSD you don’t have any class to take in CC. You will be more advance than CC. Count your credits.
If you don’t have credits, take Math 20A, or Chem 6A or Phys 2A at city college - check correct transfers (assist.org)
The major is hard but duable.

Thank you seniorsf. Much appreciated your reply!
