I will be attending in the fall pursuing a biz-econ major, and i am considering summer classes to get some GE's out of the way so I won't have a hard time graduating in 4 years. UCI is nearby so I could also take a couple classes there. Would it be recommended to take calc or econ during the summer at UCI? And what classes should i take at community college to get rid of GE's?

Thanks for any advice

Why would you worry about graduating in 4 years? Just relax this summer. The time between high school and college should be a time of fun.

If you plan to major in biz- econ, don’t worry. The major is relatively short and if you spread out your GE’s , they will be completed much faster than you think. If you feel like you are behind after Freshman year just take courses during the summer. Just trust me on this.

I just thought that, down the road when I’m trying for an accounting minor and/ or computing specialization, i might run into trouble. Thanks for the input though
