Summer Courses at IU 2008...

Hi, I am a high school senior who will be a future freshman at IU in 2008.
I consider majoring in business and planning to take summer courses.
Does anyone have any suggestions for classes for me to take this summer?
I can take up to only 2 courses..
Thanks.

Are you taking the courses at IU Bloomington? If so, you might want to take A100 and K201 and get them out of the way in Summer Session I.

You can take two Ivy Tech courses online and Kelley will accept them (as long as they are not business, math, or econ courses required for I-Core) to be applied to the 27 credit hour core classes. Ivy Tech offers intro to psychology, american government, intro sociology, american history, and other courses online that would go toward meeting the requirement. They are only about $300 a course, too. The Indianapolis and Bloomington Ivy Tech campuses offer a lot of in-person classes that would help meet the 27 credit hour core.

Thank you for your kind and detailed reply,. it halped me alot.

I am currently a full-time undergraduate student in IUB...Is it possible to take summer courses at Ivy tech and transfer the credit to IUB? Anybody know how to do that?
