<p>At which community colleges can Columbia University students earn summer credit toward there degree in the New York area?</p>

<p>as far as i know columbia doesnt let you transfer credits from a community college.</p>
<p>Yeah, they definitely don't let you do anything at community college. Also, if you already go to Columbia (aren't an incoming freshmen), the only way you can get any summer credit is if you're behind in credits (less than 30 after freshmen, less than 60 after sophmore, or less than 90 after junior year).</p>
<p>The best place to take a summer class and get credit at Columbia in the NY/NYC area is probably a CUNY school, like Queens College, John Jay, Hunter, etc.</p>
