Summer/Fall 2013 Decisions Thread

I have heard somewhere that they send out acceptance letters in batches on Fridays and Saturdays. Lets pray.

an admissions rep came to my high school on thursday and he said they have accepted about 300 people already. I hope i get in though

That few? Hmm, okay xD

lol it has only been a week, but i am suppper confident we will all get in :)

@Iam2013 I really, really hope you’re right

Maybe they’ll send out another wave of notifications tomorrow since none of us has heard anything yet?

There’s a good chance they might. Does anyone know if they’re just accepting fall at the moment?

We were doing this exactly a year ago. Mg S sent his app on a Sunday, Sept 18, and got his acceptance email the next Monday, Sept 26. It came after 5pm. Good luck to all. My S is very happy at UCF.

I’m so nervous :S

3.5 unweighted, 4.1 weighted
140 hrs community service
28 ACT, 1700 SAT
Quite a few EC’s, I’m in several clubs.

I’m applying for summer term, do I have a decent shot?

@KeyWest

When were his transcripts received?

@Kennth295 I think you can get in without doubt for summer

@Tvguideguy THANK YOU for replying!!

Have any of you guys who didn’t hear from UCF on the 15th hear anything back recently?
…I’m tired of constantly refreshing my MyUCF page :0

Oh, and does anyone know if being a minority will increase my chances of getting accepted? I’m 100% Pacific Islander and a military brat with a 3.7 GPA. Does that help me at all??

I don’t know if being a minority will help but your 3.7 GPA will help immensely.

Well, I’m sure nobody will hear anything today since it’s a Sunday.

Hey, how long did it take everyone’s transcripts to arrive at UCF?

Mine took about 7 days.

Idk, they’re still waiting on my transcripts :P

Anybody accepted for summer term yet???

@dawaffle
He remembers sending then at the beginning of September (but not when they were received) .
