Summer Financial Aid Woes. (Help Please)

Hi, I have recently decided that I want to attend the FSSP program yet I did not submit a 2008-2009 Fafsa. I see that the deadline to apply for the 2008-2009 Fafsa was the 17th.
Am I screwed? I will not be able to go if financial aid is unavailable. If I can't go, then I'll probably consider EOP's STEP program.

I believe you can still apply for the 2008-2009 FAFSA. This is from UC Santa Barbara’s website.

Is Financial Aid available?
Yes! Financial aid is available to students who qualify. In 2008, FSSP students received over $495,000 in grants and loans. Students will qualify for gift aid, such as scholarships and grants, that does not need to be paid back. Students who receive a financial aid package can usually expect to receive loans to be paid back. Most students have already filled out a 2009-2010 FAFSA. Students wishing to apply for financial aid for FSSP must also fill out a 2008-2009 FAFSA as soon as possible, but no later than June 30, 2009. For students applying after June 30, 2009, only alternative loans are available.
