<p>Are there any high schools near Boston that offer summer classes for credit or enrichment? Our high school doesn’t offer any classes in summer. I’m looking to take Literature/Writing classes. Are there any summer camps of repute in the Boston area in Literature/Writing? I’m a rising Sophomore. Thanks.</p>

<p>Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts has a really great summer session!</p>

<p>I have to run to sports practice now, so I don’t have time to really elaborate, but definitely PM me if you’d like to know about it!</p>

<p>If you’re open to summer camps not in the Boston area (so they’d be sleepover type deals), I’m sure that there’s a Hopkins CTY writing program.</p>

<p>There’s a campus in Saratoga Springs, which isn’t too far a drive. Note that you have to qualify for the program.</p>

<p>Any thoughts on Tuft’s Summer High School Program and BU Summer High School Program as to which is more rigorous? I’m looking for a challenging Literature/Writing program. Thanks.</p>

<p>Check out Interlochen Summer Arts Camp - High School Division - Creative Writing program (three weeks). Deadline for application is Feb. 1st. Not anywhere close to Boston, though - Interlochen, Michigan is close to Traverse City, about two hours north of Grand Rapids.</p>
