<p>I just received notice of an internship offer in LA. The only problem is that housing is not included. Does UCLA offer summer housing for non-UCLA students? And if so, can someone direct me to the website (with costs, etc.)? I can't seem to find it.</p>

<p>UCLA does not offer housing unless you're enrolled in Summer Session, however, you should be able to find a sublet at many semi-vacant apartments as lots of people leave over the summer out of Westwood Village (the main student apartment area). There's also the UCLA Co-op if you're willing to sacrifice some luxuries for dirt cheap housing. Craiglists will be your friend for sublets (parking is a big issue though and could be expensive). If you're bringing a car, you may just want to find a room somewhere nicer & cheaper like Santa Monica etc.</p>

<p>Well, which part of LA is this internship at? I could be at Downtown LA ... and living at UCLA would not be the best option :rolleyes:</p>
