<p>My d just got an internship in Manhattan. She is a Syracuse undergraduate looking for a sublet in the NYU area for June 1 through August 13. Just thought it might be worthwhile to see if anyone on this board was looking to sublet.
My older S just graduated from NYU so we are familiar with the area.</p>
<p>NYU housing, typically a better option in most cases than subletting. To name a few:
: community (you’ll actually see people)
: location
: relatively hassle-free (maintenance, security, etc.)
: cheap ($1,140 a month for non-credit-bearing residents)</p>
