Does anyone know a job I could possibly get? I'm 15 and it seems as though I'm too young but I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions?

In Canada, you can work at Tim Hortons when you're 14.

Most 15 year olds I know work at summer camps, but its a bit late to be applying now. They'll have filled up spots already. Try asking around local grocery stores or coffee places. You might have to be sixteen, though.

What kind of neighborhood do you live in, suburban, rural or urban?

When my kids were 15, babysitting, petsitting and taking care of houses while people were away on vacation actually gave them more work than they needed. We have a lot of small kids in the neighborhood, however. One family with three children wanted my son about three times a week and paid much better than minimum wage. My son even did "pool" sitting for one neighbor. Think about what is near your home, as transportation can be a problem. One reason 15 year olds are attractive to moms, which might be a plus for you, is that they can't drive yet so they aren't busy running around town with their friends.

You could put flyers under the doormats of your neighbors, and give the families you know a phone call telling them you're available for small jobs. Washing cars, gardening, small paint jobs and entertaining children are all posibilities. My son at 13 year had a magic act that he prerformed with a friend at kids' birthday parties...they called themselves the "Dynamic Duo." Be creative. think about how you could profit from things you enjoy doing.

I worked at a summer camp.

Find a contractor/ landscaper and work for him. The pay isn't taxed so you actually earn a very decent amount, but be ready for some hard, physical labor(such as carrying 80lb cement cinderblocks, digging 4 foot holes, mixing cement, carrying wood posts, etc)
