<p>When applying for a job do you just ask them straight up how much the pay is going to be? When should you ask and is it good to "negotiate" esp. if you're a high school student?</p>
<p>You don’t ask, they should tell you when they offer you the job. Asking how much you would make during an interview isn’t really a good idea either. As a high schooler, there is very little (if any) room for negotiation when it comes to wages.</p>
