Summer jobs for admissions?

ok so i am at the summer between my junior and senior year, i have never had a paid job before.
i have done multiple volunteer jobs for many different kinds or organiztions but i never had a job like mcdonalds or sumthing like that.
do colleges really care that much about job experience?

No... Not really, as long as you're spending your time doing other useful activities and not playing video games all day.

If you do volunteering, that's usually just as good. But having both is even better.

thats the problem, i am sorta taking a full time SAT prep course right now, see english is my second language and my repertoire or vocabs is not high and i haven't read all the prose normal americans do.
i would have nothing under this summer. nothing i can write to colleges at least
i have one volunteering job at the town hall but that is far from being able to fill the space

Focus on your english vocab and rep. itll pay off

Having a job usually has the same significance as location and the interview in admissions.

It's not a problem.
