Summer language - MMLA, Rassias, Choate, Exeter?

I'm trying to find a worthwhile summer French program for my ninth grade daughter. She's an excellent French student but has little experience speaking outside a classroom. She wants to become more fluent; I'm wondering which of these programs would best achieve that goal. She's been accepted to MMLA Middlebury, but we haven't applied anywhere else as of yet. (I know--we're late!). I'd also prefer that she not come home drinking or pregnant! All input appreciated.

I’ve read good things here on CC about Concordia Language Villages, but have no personal knowledge of the program.
He had just finished 8th grade. He had already taken the SATs and qualified for CTY so we sent him to the CTY/MMLA site. He had only taken French I and didn’t like it very much. What a difference that four weeks made. He enjoyed it and learned so much that he probably could have skipped French II. He’s in the pre-IB program, however, and they don’t let you skip. Everything (and I mean everything) is in French. The separate the kids by ability and she will find many kids who are very good at French like her. Fantastic teachers-just the best. I hope your daughter enjoys it.
