Anyone know anything about this?

You stay on campus and eat food for free… oh and you do leadership/diversity workshops and activities. It’s your standard leadership camp buckled into a weekend. Great to meet Sherwynn from the cross cultural center and we got a speech from the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs last year. I did it to see what Middle Earth looked like. I think everyone who applies gets in. But yea free roof and free food. I hope they don’t get mad for posting this… (Last year noone really knew what it was b/c the letter was really vague).

It was definitely a fun experience. As the above poster said, you go through workshops and activities with other students, learn about diversity and other cultures as well and learn about the UCI campus. You get to bond with other students and you get pretty close with them since there aren’t that many. It is a leadership class in a weekend but with fun-filled activities at the same time.
